Journey down the busy street of Ho Chi Minh City with the air fills with aroma of brewing coffee.. What a way to start a beautiful day! As a coffee bean seller, we've explore many beans from various regions and also different coffee brewing method and the Vietnamese style of brewing is not just nostalgic, it's also a reminder to slow down your pace, there's always time for a cup of coffee. As the saying goes, "if it's not gonna matter in 5 years don't spend more than 5 minutes being upset about it." so sit down, relax, and enjoy the brewing aroma of the unique drip coffee style.

This drip coffee pot is made from high grade stainless steel, it comes with a handle to move the pot around, a cover to seal the heat in when brewing and a handle on the secondary filter to remove the coffee grind. All these to ensure you are using the best quality and safe product for brewing your coffee.

With the double stainless filter, there is no need for paper filter, however if you wishes to use, that's fine too. We recommend using medium coarse grind fresh coffee grounds, on our shop we have a wide range of beans available for bundle purchase.

Some other recommendation on how to brew coffee with your new drip coffee. 10 steps to happiness.

1. Unscrew the thin top filter from the dripper and set aside.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons ground coffee to the dripper. Shake gently to distribute evenly.
3. Replace the thin top filter on top of the ground coffee and screw it to weigh down the grinds. Do not screw on too tightly.
4. Place the dripper on top of a 240ml mug.
5. Bring 180ml to 240ml of cold filtered water (per cup) to a boil.
6. Remove from heat, and let sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute. This step is very important as you do not want to burn the grounds.
7. Pour a little hot water into the dripper, just enough to dampen it. Allow this water to drip through the grounds.
8. Once the grounds have “bloomed”, continue slowly pouring the rest of the water into the dripper.
9. Cover with the metal cover to trap in the steam, and allow the water to slowly drip through the grounds.
10. After all of the water has passed through the filter (about 4-5 minutes), carefully remove the dripper with the grounds and discard.

Pour yourself a cup and enjoy!
